1. All Sales Are Final
- All purchases made through our online store are final sale.
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations under any circumstances.
2. Exchanges for Size Only
- We allow exchanges only for a different size of the same product.
- To request a size exchange, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at info@amycatedesigns.com
- Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the incorrectly sized item.
- To replace the item with a new size, there is a $12 additional fee to cover new materials and shipping.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is not available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Perishable, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive items
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@amycatedesigns.com with your order number and supporting photos.
- Verified defective items will be exchanged for the same item only at no additional cost to the customer.
